I believe in running a frugal campaign. My team will spend the majority of our budget on our web message and platform supported by a minimal amount on paper products. We are looking into alternatives to buying more signs. Don’t all the signs (and the waste) bother you?
We need to get our message out to 78,000 constituents of Calgary West. We can talk to a few thousand people online now but will need your donation to help us reach the rest of Calgary West.

You can help us reduce how many postcards we print/send by Liking Me on Facebook or Following Me on Twitter. You can also add an RSS feed into your email inbox so that when I blog, you get it right away. Uses the links at the bottom of this page to send a page to your friends in a variety of ways. If you like a post I have written on this site, click the LIKE Button or better yet, SHARE the article with your network. We will be posting some graphics soon to dress up your Facebook page.
Donating to my campaign
Your $10 donation goes a long way. Your $100 donation helps pay for a lot of exposure online, for example. Your donation helps us keep our volunteers properly hydrated when helping us out.
There are three ways to donate. You can (1) use PayPal link below**, you can visit the Green Party site to (2) donate directly to my Calgary West campaign, or you can (3) donate to the Green Party of Canada.
Use PayPal for your Donation
You can make a tax-creditable donation via PayPal (using a credit card, PayPal credits or other methods) by clicking the DONATE button and following the instructions:
**Note: Donations via PayPal are received by the EDA almost immediately.
You can also donate directly to Anna’s campaign by paying by:
- cheque payable to ‘Mark Hambridge, Official Agent’ (mailed to #305, 4625 Varsity Drive NW Suite 129, Calgary AB T3A 0Z9) or given to Anna or a volunteer by hand.
- cash donated in person. No receipt needs to be issued for less than $20.00. If your donation is above $20.00 but below $200.00, we will need to note down your name. If you donate more than $200.00, we will need to note down your name and address.
If you support the Green Party’s values and would like to make an enormous difference, buying your membership for $10 will make that difference.
If you see a member of my team or myself during this campaign, we can take your membership payment and/or donation, and issue a tax receipt immediately.
