Belatedly, but heartfelt – thank you for providing a place to vote positively for change rather than having to spoil a ballot or vote for another candidate in whom I do not believe! You came recently to the party, but fully party-cipated, made a good run and you have prepared the ground for future action. Your Post Election Post should scare the rest of them!

Great post. The Conservatives have long wanted an American style drug war in Canada, and recent documents obtained by wikileaks show that the US has been pressuring the Conservatives to enact mandatory minimums. Rest assured if the Conservatives get a majority, they will pass a mandatory minimum bill, there will be more criminals, more prisons, and thus making the illegal drug market more profitable and thus more dangerous.
